For the first time, Breathwork with Eric is going international.

On September 26 & 27, I’ll be in Hamburg, Germany, sharing this work with a new community thousands of miles from my home in Hawai‘i.

When I began facilitating breathwork in 2021, I could never have imagined where this journey would take me—the people I would meet, the stories I would hear, the healing I would witness, and the lives that would touch mine along the way.

And now, the breath is taking me across the world.

Because no matter where we live, what language we speak, or what our story has been, we all share something incredibly powerful:

The breath.

The same breath that can bring us back to ourselves.

The same breath that can help us release what we’ve been carrying.

The same breath that reminds us how deeply connected we really are.

I’m beyond grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey.
