Breathwork Class at Sunset in nature. Arrive at 15 minutes before class. Parking at this time is challenging. What to bring: - Blanket rather than rubber yoga mat - Two pillows and Dress comfortably and bring a sweater (it can get chilly) - If bad weather check email day of 1p for new location
